Sweet Potato Fries

These super simple air fried fries are the perfect addition into your meal prep routine! Just pair them with whatever protein source you have and a side of veggies and you’ve got yourself a balanced meal!

Ingredients:

  • White Sweet Potatoes

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or Avocado Oil)

  • Sea Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and dry potatoes then cut each potato into fries.

  2. Using your air fryer, add 3-4 cups (more or less depending on the capacity of your air fryer) of the fries into the fryer.

  3. Bake your fries at 360 degrees for 20 min. After the 20 min, shake your fries around, then bake for another 20 min or until they are golden brown.

  4. Once fully cooked, add your fries to a large mixing bowl and drizzle or spray the olive oil to coat the fries and mix well.

  5. Now time to season!* Coat your fries in sea salt, black pepper, with a sprinkle of garlic powder, until it’s seasoned to your liking.

*We honestly don’t measure the amounts of seasonings, we eyeball to our liking!
